Cinch’s Trompeter multi-channel connector assembly is designed using proprietary techniques that ensure a low-mating force and high-quality mating.

Cinch’s Trompeter multi-channel connector assembly is designed using proprietary techniques that ensure a low-mating force and high-quality mating. Based on the Trompeter 150 series TRS sub-miniature triaxial connectors, this type of high packing density (up to 246% more than other test connectors) enables the construction of custom-sized and custom-shaped multi-channel connector assemblies with channel counts from two to fifty. Multiple connector assemblies, or blocks, can also be conveniently combined in space-constrained environments to increase the channel count to several hundred (or more).

Features High Density/Reduced Footrpint
  • Example of reduced footprint: 19” rack-mounted solution vs. 4” board-mounted solution supporting 48 ports
  • Trompeter 150 Series TRS subminiature triaxial connectors can provide up to 246%* more than other test connectors
  • Using multiple connector assemblies can also be conveniently combined in space-constrained environments to increase the channel count to several hundred
  • Precision Current Measurements
  • No leakage current
  • Mitigated stray capacitance
  • Low radiated noise
  • Low susceptibility to noise
  • Customization
  • Customizable connector block size, shape and port count
  • Supports triax to coax interfaces using external adapters
  • Allows for the construction of custom-sized and custom-shaped multi-channel connector assemblies
  • Reliable
  • Proprietary design and engineering techniques that ensure a low-mating force
  • Proprietary blind mate design ensures high-quality mating
