How Do I Get a Copy of My Invoice?

  • Choose MY ACCOUNT at the top pf the screen
  • Log into your account using your username and password
  • Choose MY ORDERS on left menu
  • Click VIEW next to the order from which you want the invoice
  • From here, you can select PRINT on the top right, above the invoice, if you wish to print or save the invoice
  • Questions About My Order

    The status of your order is always available under MY ACCOUNT>MY ORDERS. Once you are logged in, select the MY ACCOUNT option at the top of the screen. Choose “MY ORDERS”. On the right of the screen, next to your order, you can view the status of your order

    Returns

    A large majority of the items we sell are assembled to order from component parts in our highly efficient warehouse. As a result, most of our products are technically non-returnable unless, of course, the item is defective in some way due to our or the manufacturer's error. We are confident in the almost 70 years of experience we put into every order and are backed by our rigorous quality process.

    Your business is our most important connection and we will make every reasonable effort to quickly resolve any issues you may have with your order. However, this would be the only traditional basis on which a return would be accepted. Typically returns are NOT accepted for reasons such as ordering the wrong size, order parts that you no longer need, ordering the wrong plating, etc.

    If you are attempting to return your product due to a product defect, please contact our sales team using one of the methods listed in the footer of the page and request an RMA number. NO ITEMS WILL BE ACCEPTED FOR RETURN WITHOUT AIR ELECTRO APPROVAL AND AN RMA NUMBER ISSUED BY AIR ELECTRO.

    When contacting our sales team, we will need the following information:

    • Your Air Electro invoice number
    • The part number(s) and quantity that you would like to return
    • The reason for requesting the return (including a detailed description of the problem). Emailing a digital photograph with your request is recommended

    Fast, easy online ordering featuring real-time stock check & pricing, full order history, and shipment tracking. It's easy to do! Just head to the top of the page, and click on MY ACCOUNT. Then select CREATE AN ACCOUNT and follow the prompts.

    When you register with Air Electro you can:

    • Change your billing or shipping addresses
    • Add multiple ship to locations
    • Manage your orders
    • View and print past invoices
    • Manage your tax exemption
    • View your available credit

    If you are having trouble logging in, click on "Forgot Password" and a new password will be sent to the email address you registered with. Please check your email and login with the new password.     Finding Product:

    Use the search bar at the top of the page to quickly discover your item; including price, inventory, minimum/multiple quantities, catalogs, availability, and more. Or, search using the drop down menus by categories like manufacturer or product type

    RoHS Compliance:

    Order Sample Requests:

    You can request a quote on a sample by using the GET QUOTE button on the top of the page or by contacting a member of our team at 1.800.458.4452. Upon submitting a request, you will then be contacted by one of our customer care representatives.

    Shopping Cart:

    To access an existing cart, click on the shopping cart link located at the top of the page in the header.

    Shipping and Handling Fees:

    No Handling Charges will be applied to web orders. Shipping rates are applied to applicable products at the end of the checkout process.

    International: Shipping charges for international orders will appear for Fed-Ex Priority and Economy service based on the Ship-To address.

    Payment Information:

    Air Electro accepts Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. In addition, we invite you to contact our team if you wish to order large quantities or plan on ordering from us continually to apply for special terms and pricing.

    Non-Taxable Orders:

    Orders checked as non-taxable will not ship until a valid tax certificate is received. These certificates can be saved to your account.

    Same-Day Local Delivery

    Certain zip codes in the Los Angeles area qualify for our free local delivery. Qualifying orders placed before noon Mon-Fri will be delivered to your location by end of business that same day. Orders placed after noon will be delivered locally for free the next business day.

    Note: Qualifying orders placed after noon on Friday or holiday will be delivered the next business day as we do not conduct local deliveries on the weekend.
